I am the owner of Photo Lare Photography. I have been photographing people for 12 years. I am located just outside of Baltimore in Pasadena, MD. This allows me too easily access MD, PA, DE, and VA. I have seen the world differently all of my life. Teachers designated me as a so-called “visual learner” so it wasn’t much of a surprise when I gravitated towards studying visual arts. My love of photography really accelerated when I became a father. I wanted to capture all the moments. I began carrying the camera with me everywhere and found myself shooting, yes pictures of my children, but also of landscapes, pets, the world all around me. I began to despise paying for school or sports pictures because when I saw the proofs, I felt like they were overly-staged, traditional, dull. I knew I could approach things differently and so began Photo Lare photography. I started working with my children’s sports teams, and then it grew by word of mouth to other teams and individuals. As more and more requests came in, I expanded into different areas as well and have done family sessions, school portraits, weddings, and professional headshots. After paying for these items myself and being blown away what we were getting for how much we paid, I decided to start taking them myself. I started out shooting my own teams and figuring it all out then. Now, I am getting requests for entire sports organizations. If your team or organization is interested in our style, send us a message. Photo Lare’s model is slightly different than the traditional sports photographer. You pay a session fee for a digital file of your individual and team photo. I also offer the opportunity to order prints for an additional cost. After the shoot is complete, processing time takes 2-4 weeks. All digital files will be placed in a Google Drive folder and the link is emailed to you or your team’s coach for distribution. I’m flexible and can provide suggestions on area parks. I offer 3 different sessions; 1 hour, 2 hour, and a custom session- you decide the time needed at an agreed upon hourly-rate.
